I may have a winning ticket

If you believe that you may have a winning ticket, please provide us with the Order number on the ticket to verify. If it's a winner then we can give you instructions on where to mail your original ticket and your information to claim. With the ORDER ID we will be able to confirm that the ticket is indeed a winner as well as make sure that it is still unpaid. Please also ensure that when sending in your ticket we will need the original.

Previous Winners

We do not keep a record of the names of Paradise Lotto winners. The tickets are purchased on the vessel and similar to any other state lottery ID is not required to redeem tickets while on the vessel. In the event we were to record winner names we would not be at liberty to release their names to anyone without express consent from the winning ticket holder.

Prize Payouts

Please visit our Rules and Regulations page. for further information for your vessel prize payouts.
Also remember that you can only match on a single line across. You cannot match 2 numbers from one line and another number from a different line, etc.

Ticket Expiration

Paradise lotto tickets must be claimed within 90 days of the applicable draw date. Once the applicable time period has elapsed, the related Lottery ticket will expire.

Not Recieving Emails
